Mobile Health Response
We are a street team that works with people experiencing homelessness to support you with your health needs.
The Columbia River Mobile Health team will directly respond to calls from people who would benefit from Mobile health support for medical, mental health, or substance use issues anywhere in Clark County in the daytime hours.

If you know someone who may benefit from Mobile health services,
please call 360-597-7900 Tuesday through Friday 8am-6pm.
For serious medical emergencies or to report a violent situation, please call 911.
Insurance is NOT required to talk to us!

Mobile Outreach Services
The Mobile Health Team travels by van to support unhoused or unstably housed individuals throughout Clark County, providing outreach, mental health assessments, medical services, and referrals.
The Mobile Intensive Housing Team (MIHT) supports clients throughout the housing process, including until they are stable in their housing.
Struggling with medical or mental health?
Our team provides you with an onsite:
- Mental Health Counselor
- Substance Use Counselor
- Nurse
- Peer Counselor (someone with lived experience)
We assess your needs and connect you with resources to support you on your journey.

- Connect to follow up care
- Follow up post-discharge
- Conduct mental health and substance use assessments
Get on-site, face-to-face therapeutic responses for adults (ages 18+) who would benefit from medical, mental health, or substance use health support.
