While we do not provide long term primary care, if you are between primary care providers, or that wait time is too long to be seen, our Gap Medicine team is here for you.

Our Gap Medicine services offer a wide range of coverage, providing help for adult individuals.

 

Visit our clinic during drop-in hours to get medical services.

 

How to access care:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Open Tuesday-Friday 8am to 12pm
  • No referral needed
  • Services located at 6926 NE Fourth Plain Blvd.
  • Most insurances are accepted. Kaiser is not accepted.
From diabetes care to high blood pressure treatment to managing hypertension or cholesterol levels, we get you the care you need.

We offer outpatient services

Examples of medical care services we can provide:

Acute medical care

  • Cold or flu evaluations
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Ear infections
  • Skin or wound problems
  • Minor injuries (no x-ray available)
  • High blood pressure

Chronic medical care — if you don’t currently have a primary care provider or there is a significant wait time for you to see your primary care provider.
