Columbia River Mental Health Services will host a community panel and resource event on Thursday to help Clark County residents navigate Medicaid changes.

The free event is designed to help Apple Health members, caregivers and residents understand changes affecting coverage.

“Changes to health coverage can be hard to understand and made even harder to navigate when people do not know where to go for reliable information,” Daniel Smith, CEO of Columbia River Mental Health Services, said in a news release. “Our goal is to bring people, information, and resources together in one place so community members can better understand what may affect them and know where they can get help.”

The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Fourth Plain Commons, 3101 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 101. A community panel will begin at 11 a.m.
