Children, Teen, and Family Mental Health Services

We believe every child and young person deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood. Our Children, Teen, and Family Mental Health Services provide compassionate, comprehensive care to help young people navigate emotional and behavioral challenges while strengthening the relationships that support their well-being.

We offer assessments for youth ages 5-24, along with individual and family therapy, group services, and peer parent support. Our counseling services for children and teens ages 5-18 also emphasize family involvement, recognizing the important role parents and caregivers play in a young person’s mental health.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive space for young people to explore their feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and build skills for managing emotional and behavioral challenges.

Through compassionate care and age-appropriate approaches, we help children and teens feel more secure, strengthen their confidence, and develop tools they can use in everyday life.

Family Therapy

Our family therapy sessions focus on each family’s relationship goals, helping families strengthen communication, improve their interactions, and better understand one another’s needs. We also work with families to support children as they learn and practice new coping skills.

By working together, families can build stronger relationships and create a more supportive environment for everyone involved.
