Adult Mental Health Outpatient Services- Our Adult Outpatient service offers a team-based approach to providing help for individuals over 18 years old, and groups. We can provide mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, healthy relationship counseling, conflict resolution, grief and loss counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, case management, and more.

Child and Family Mental Health Outpatient Services- We offer counseling and other support services for children and teens 5-18, and their families. We value making a connection with you and your family and being a part of the change process. We use evidence-based practices and our engagement treatment methods include fun and creative ways to treat a variety of symptoms and disorders.

Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Treatment Services – This program provides integrated outpatient treatment that addresses substance use while supporting mental health needs within a coordinated, wraparound care model.

Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) – A team which includes medication management prescriber, nurses, therapists, peer support specialist, a substance use provider, case manager, and program coordinator who work together to provide tailored care to individuals who need a higher level of support.

Forensic Housing and Recovery Peer Services (FHARPS) – An evidence-based, recovery-oriented program aimed at minimizing the barrier of receiving services such as housing support and services for behavioral health conditions.

Mobile Health Team – The team of a nurse, physician’s assistant, clinician, and peer and case managers travels by van to support unhoused or unstably housed individuals throughout Clark County, providing outreach, mental health assessments, medical services, and referrals.
