Meet the Night Crisis Response Team

We launched the Night Crisis Response Team in May 2022 with the mission of saving lives, improving community connections, and diverting calls that in the past had gone to law enforcement or emergency services. Our team of specially trained Crisis Support Specialists, often with lived experience, provide telephone and mobile crisis support.

When the team responds, people in crisis may receive on-site mental health screenings and referrals to community organizations able to assist with underlying causes of their crisis. You will be contacted the next day by a professional case manager to help you reduce barriers to the next steps in your healing and access appropriate resources.
