Notification to Clients of CRMHS Vancouver, Hazel Dell and Battle Ground

We are writing to inform you of an immediate pause of our Adult Outpatient, Child Outpatient, Health Homes, Psychiatry, GAP Medicine and Case Management programs.

We recognize how impactful this news is, and we are committed to minimizing the disruption in your care.

While our outpatient services are temporarily unavailable, we want to ensure that you have the support you need. You have two options moving forward:

  1. Wait for Care: We will notify you as soon as we have a clear timeline for reopening.
  2. Coordinate Care Immediately: If you feel you need therapy, psychiatric services, or case management sooner, we are happy to assist you in coordinating care with other providers to ensure there is no gap in your treatment.

We have included a list of agencies that provide outpatient behavioral health services.
