Right now, Ryan, a 16-year-old high school student, is struggling with bipolar disorder. In the last year, Ryan’s grades started to slip, and he withdrew from friends and family. The once enthusiastic teenager became trapped in a world of isolation and sadness.
Once summer rolled around, Ryan found his negative feelings getting worse. Ryan desperately needs specialized mental health treatment. His family cannot afford to pay for it.
However, because Columbia River Mental Health turns no one away because of his inability to pay, Ryan can get the help he needs there.
Globally, 1 in 7 people ages 10 to 19 years old experiences a mental health disorder. The consequences of failing to address adolescent mental health conditions extend to adulthood, impairing both physical and mental health and limiting opportunities to lead fulfilling lives as adults. You can be a part of changing this statistic!
Will you donate now and help make a significant impact on the lives of youth like Ryan who struggle with their mental health?
When you donate to CRMHS, you are investing in the future of our youth. Your gift will help fund Columbia River Mental Health Services youth programs and cover the cost of therapy for youths like Ryan. The CRMHS Child and Family and Youth Options Program provides essential services such as counseling, therapy, and medication to youth in our community. This can not happen without financial support from donors like you.
Send in a gift to help one youth in our community struggling with their mental health get the resources they need!
Together, we can create a brighter future for youths such as Ryan by ensuring they have the mental health support they need to thrive.
Thank you for your support! Lives Change Here.
Sincerely,
Victor Jackson, CRMHS Chief Executive Officer
