With the help of your support, Columbia River Mental Health Services opened the expanded NorthStar Treatment Clinic on Nov. 13, 2023.
In December, NorthStar served more patients at its new clinic than at any time in its history. In addition, 63 new clients started their recovery journey with us.
Dr. Kevin Fischer, CRMHS’ Chief Medical Officer, shares, “The feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing gratitude for the expanded resources and personalized care they receive at NorthStar.”
These first couple of months after opening have been incredibly strong. As we move forward into the new year, Columbia River Mental Health Services remains dedicated to expanding access to recovery services in our community.
A New NorthStar
The NorthStar Treatment Clinic offers same-day opioid treatment for anyone looking to begin their journey to recovery. CRMHS’ team of therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, physicians, and employment and housing support specialists look at all aspects of people’s health and work with them to achieve their recovery goals.
The clinic’s state-of-the-art technology and increased treatment room space have allowed CRMHS to serve more clients and improve patient privacy.
The facility, designed around client needs, incorporates a welcoming and calming environment to foster a sense of comfort and security. The expanded NorthStar Treatment Clinic boasts modern amenities, ensuring a positive atmosphere for individuals seeking assistance on their path to recovery.
